September 19, 2026: Good Neighbor Day Air Show Open House and Aviation Expo at Peachtree DeKalb Airport (PDK) | Meetup

Join this Meetup at the Good Neighbor Day Air Show at Dekalb-Peachtree Airport on September 19th!

This event is open to all! Bring your cameras and take some cool photos at the Daytime

Airshow, Classic Car Show, Static aircraft, and Nighttime airshow with drone lightshow and fireworks. This event will commemorate the 250th anniversary of the United States, highlighting aviation’s role in national growth, defense, and technological progress.

The activities include:

• Aerial Demonstrations: Spectacular flight performances, including historic and modern aircraft. The Daytime airshow is from 3:00 - 6:15 pm, and the Nighttime airshow is from 7:15 - 8:45 pm.

• STEM Expo: A new feature in 2026, focusing on aviation, technology, and career opportunities for students and families.

• Static Aircraft Displays: Ground exhibits of vintage and contemporary aircraft for close- up viewing.

• Family-Friendly Activities: Kids Zone with bounce houses, carnival rides, and educational programs to inspire future aviators.

• Entertainment: Live music, local vendors, food trucks, and a classic car show.

• Evening Events: Drone light show and fireworks to conclude the celebration.

We'll have a Club table in the hangar with our banner, rack cards, and business cards, and will

be wearing our PCPC logo-wear so we can tell attendees about our Club.  We would like as

many people from the Club as possible to come wearing their PCPC shirts and hats, enjoy the

show, and hang out at our table!

• Location: DeKalb-Peachtree Airport | 2000 Airport Rd, Atlanta, GA 30341

• Date: Saturday, September 19, 2026

• Time: 1:00 - 9:00 pm, with day airshow from 3:00 - 6:15, and night airshow with drones

• and fireworks from 7:15 - 8:45 pm.

• Duration: 8 hours, but you can come and go as you please throughout the day.

• Cost: Admission is free. Parking is $20 per vehicle.

Per the event:

• General Admission Parking Entrance will be off Clairmont through PDK Airport Gate 34 (Just south of Airport Rd) and well as off Dresden Drive between Clairmont Rd and Buford Hwy.

• VIP, Handicap, and Vendor Parking can be accessed by going down Airport Rd (Parking attendants will be there to assist)
