Our January Monthly Meeting will be on January 11, 2024 at 6:45 pm!


The monthly club meeting is a free event for anyone who shares a passion for photography, from the total beginner with your phone to a professional with multiple gear sets. Please join us in-person or online and invite anyone who may be interested in exploring and learning about photography!


We meet at Atlanta Tech Park at 107 Technology Parkway, Peachtree Corners, GA 30092. You are welcome to arrive at 6:15 pm for fellowship and social time to meet new and current members. ​

Our January Speaker is Ron Sherman and the topic will be "Witness: A Photographic Essay of Humor and Heart"!





About Ron Sherman:


Ron Sherman has been based in Roswell, GA since 1973 and has traveled the world for advertising, corporate and editorial clients for over 50 years.  He has been published in major national magazines including Time, Life, Newsweek, Business Week, Forbes and Sports Illustrated.  Among his many corporate clients have been IBM, Coca-Cola, Georgia Power, BellSouth and Eastman Kodak.  His assignments have also included marketing and publication photography for over 125 colleges and universities though out the United States and Canada.


He has a stock photo library of over 500,000 color and black & white images, which are leased for publication purposes.  Ron’s work has been used in annual reports, advertising, multi-media productions, brochures and posters.  He started Computer Aided Photography, Inc. in 1991 to explore the creative possibilities in combining the use of photography and computer technology.  In 2013 Emory University Library Archives acquired his 1970s collection of 750 black and white silver gelatin Atlanta prints.
