The August Technical Webinar speaker will be Brad Budd and the topic will be “How to Create Multiple Exposures In-Camera and in Photoshop”. The webinar is scheduled for Tuesday, August 23, 2022 at 6:30 pm.
Multiple-Exposure is a photography technique that combines two or more different exposures or images to create a unique effect. It is a technique that almost certainly began as an accident in film cameras, where it was common to forget to advance the film before pressing the shutter release again. You end up with images layered on top of each other, which can create a very interesting effect!
It is possible to intentionally create multiple exposures in digital photography, either in-camera if your camera has that feature, or in post-processing.
Brad will demonstrate how to create multiple exposure images in a Canon camera, and it is a similar process in other cameras like Nikon, Sony, and Fuji. He will also demonstrate how to use Photoshop to create multiple exposure images.

About Brad Budd
Brad is a commercial photographer based out of Augusta, GA. He joined the United States Marine Corps directly out of high school and served 10 years in the military. He is currently working as the in-house photographer for Textron Specialized Vehicles and a former Canon Tech Rep.
Brad is an educator, a Certified Professional Photographer and holds the Photographic Craftsman Degree from PPA who loves sharing his knowledge of photography. He has traveled with and assisted Joel Grimes on multiple occasions and will talk about how that all came about.
He is currently working on his Bachelors of Digital Photography from Southern New Hampshire University and has an AAS of Photography and Design and Media Production along with a diploma of Culinary Arts.
